In the first quarter of 2025, the top business apps on iOS in Egypt exhibited varied performance metrics, as tracked by Sensor Tower. Here, we delve into the weekly downloads, revenue, and active user trends for these leading apps.

Telephony, published by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority of Egypt, saw a significant decrease in weekly downloads from over 554K at the start of the quarter to approximately 11.5K by the end. Active users followed a similar downward trajectory, dropping from 538K to around 86.5K.

WhatsApp Business maintained a steady weekly revenue, peaking at $1.3K in late February. Downloads were highest mid-quarter, with numbers reaching 24.6K, while active users remained robust, fluctuating slightly around 1.5M.
